The scooter is covered for 24 months against manufacturing defects. The battery is covered for 12 months. Normal wear, impacts, oxidation and consumables such as tires and brake pads are not covered. As an official authorized dealer, we handle the process with the brand.

In mainland France, standard delivery is free. Scooters are delivered from Monday to Friday. A scooter in stock is often delivered 24 to 48 h after it ships. An order paid on a working day before 11 am, Paris time, can ship the same day if the scooter is in stock. Yes. We deliver to mainland France, the European Union including Belgium, the French overseas territories and many other countries. Delivery costs and lead times are shown when you choose the carrier, before payment. Outside the European Union, customs fees and import taxes are paid by the recipient.

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to use your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. The scooter must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all its accessories. Return costs are paid by you. Contact us before sending it to get a quote suited to your model.
