Can I unlock or derestrict my electric scooter?

No, unlocking an electric scooter is strictly illegal in France. All our models are delivered limited to 25 km/h in line with French law. When cycle lanes exist, you must use them. Otherwise, you may ride on the carriageway where the speed limit is 50 km/h or less. The sidewalk remains forbidden, except with explicit local permission and under the conditions set by the municipality. Your vehicle must have working front and rear lights, a sound warning, and brakes in good condition. Outside built-up areas at night, reflective equipment is also required. The minimum age to ride an EDPM is 14. Only one person may ride the scooter. A helmet is strongly recommended, earphones are forbidden, and the highway code applies in full. Failure to follow these rules can lead to fines from €35 to €1,500 depending on the offense. Lack of insurance can be fined up to €3,750. Every new scooter bought from FōhzShop is covered for 24 months against manufacturing defects. The battery is warranted for 12 months. How do I get a promo code?

You earn 1% of the amount actually paid on each order using your code, after refunds. Credits can be used on the site after a 15-day delay, unless the order is cancelled or refunded before then. Credits are purely virtual. They cannot be withdrawn in cash, converted into money, or paid by bank transfer. They only serve to pay, in part or in full, your purchases on the site, within your balance. FōhzShop can cut access or the code whenever it wishes.

What happens to my credits if an order is refunded?

Credits are recalculated. On a partial refund, you lose part of the credits. On a full refund, they are removed. If the credits were already available, the amount is deducted from your balance. The balance can become negative, then rebuild with new sales. FōhzShop can also cancel an order or change the program rules at any time.
