In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, with all accessories and packaging. You may try them only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Any use beyond that reasonable trial may result in a reduction of the refund or a refusal to refund. Return shipping costs remain at your expense, unless otherwise provided by law.

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly customised, including made-to-measure components produced at your request.

Since 19 June 2026, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2026-2 of 5 January 2026 and Decree No. 2026-3 amending Articles L. 221-21 and D. 221-5 of the French Consumer Code, any trader concluding distance contracts online must provide a free, clearly identifiable function, accessible throughout the withdrawal period, enabling the consumer to submit a withdrawal declaration online and to receive an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium. The form below constitutes that facility.
