Frequently asked questions
Start with the product page. The brand, the model and the compatibility list show the known matches. A compatible part is not always an exact swap. If you are unsure, or if several versions exist depending on the year, the controller or the battery, contact us with the model, the serial number and a photo of the part.
No. It is a custom Funtrott part, made to personalize or upgrade your scooter, not a part from the original manufacturer. The product page always says whether it is an original part.
An original part is a manufacturer component, made for the model concerned. A compatible or custom part can come from another brand. It is still useful for maintenance or personalization, but it is not the manufacturer's original component. The exact type is shown on each product page.
It depends on the part and on your mechanical experience. If you prefer, you can call on one of our partner repairers. Our team can also advise you. Contact us with your scooter's model.

An order paid on a working day before 11 am, Paris time, can ship the same day if the product is in stock. The exact lead time is shown on the product page, based on your address and the carrier you choose.
Yes. Depending on your eligibility, you can pay in installments at no cost with Klarna or PayPal. For a longer payment plan, Siko Mobility financing lets you pay in 3 to 84 installments on eligible purchases. You can also pay by bank card, with Apple Pay or with Google Pay.
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to use your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
