Frequently asked questions
It is compatible with Rovoron S7. It may also suit other Rovoron scooters.
Read the product page first, with the brand, the model and the compatibility list. For an original part, go for the one made for your exact model. A compatible part is not always a like-for-like replacement for the original. If in doubt, write to us with the model, the serial number and a photo of the part, especially if there are several versions depending on the year, the controller or the battery.
Yes, it is the official Rovoron part, designed by the manufacturer for the compatible models. Every original part we sell is an official brand part. You can always find this information on the product page.
An original part is the manufacturer's own, designed for your model. A compatible or custom part comes from another brand. It is useful for maintenance or customisation, but it is not the original component. Each product page shows the type of part.
It depends on the part and your mechanical experience. If you prefer, one of our partner repairers can take care of it. For advice, contact our team and tell us your scooter model.
Yes, the manufacturer's warranty covers all our spare parts and accessories. As an official authorised dealer, we are the ones who handle the process. Just open a ticket from your account or contact our after-sales service.
You know the exact delivery time and costs as soon as you choose the carrier, before you pay.
Yes. Depending on your eligibility, you can pay in interest-free instalments with Klarna or PayPal. To spread the cost over a longer period, Siko Mobility financing lets you pay in 3 to 84 instalments on eligible purchases. You can also pay by bank card, with Apple Pay or with Google Pay.
Yes, the right of withdrawal gives you 14 days from receipt, with no reason needed. To do so, send it back unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all its accessories. For spare parts, a €4 return fee is withheld from the refund. Contact us with your order number before sending anything, and we will tell you what to do.
