Description
The Rovoron S7 is a high-performance dual-motor electric scooter. It delivers 7728W at peak output and exceeds 100km/h on private land. Its 84V 37Ah battery offering 3108Wh provides up to 200km of range. It comes limited to 25km/h out of the box, complies with current regulations, is DGT-approved, and suits daily commutes as well as long-distance touring.
Motor and battery
The S7 features dual motors that deliver 6720W nominal and 7728W peak power. This output ensures ferocious acceleration and rapid throttle response, even on steep inclines. It is fitted with dual 40A controllers. Its 84V 37Ah battery provides a capacity of 3108Wh and uses Samsung or LG cells depending on the version.
Performance and range
It exceeds 100km/h on private land. It comes factory-limited to 25km/h. The manufacturer range reaches 200km. Our in-depth tests show 130km in limited mode and 70km at full power.
Braking, suspension and tyres
It is equipped with 4-piston NUTT hydraulic disc brakes and 150mm discs for powerful and progressive braking. The discs are 1.6mm thick. Its cartridge suspension units are firm and adjustable, keeping the scooter exceptionally stable on the road, even at high speeds. Its 11-inch Naputun tubeless tyres come in size 90/65 R6.5 with a road tread profile. They contain puncture-prevention tyre sealant to help prevent flats.
Chassis and dimensions
It weighs 50kg and supports a maximum payload of 120kg. Water resistance is certified IPX6 for the chassis and IPX7 for the display. Unfolded, it measures 1280mm long, 318mm wide and 610mm high. Folded, it measures 1280mm long, 640mm wide and 1350mm high.
Charging and equipment
A 4.5A fast charger is included, recharging the battery in 8h. It supports up to 20A in total and 10A per port. These values must not be exceeded to prevent damage to the charging ports. It features an Ey4 display and connects to the Minimotors and EyeX apps, available on iOS and Android. It comes equipped with a front headlight, a rear light, a brake light, indicators and a horn.
Safety
It is equipped with a steering damper that stabilises the handlebars at high speeds. Locking is handled via the app or by entering a code. It does not feature an alarm, a GPS tracker or traction control.
Road legality
This model complies with UK and European regulations for light electric vehicles. It comes factory-limited to 25km/h and carries CE marking. It is fitted with a front headlight, a rear light, a brake light, indicators and a horn.
DGT approval
This model is approved by the DGT, the Dirección General de Tráfico, which is the Spanish road safety authority.
