Read the product page first, with the brand, the model and the compatibility list. For an original part, go for the one made for your exact model. A compatible part is not always a like-for-like replacement for the original. If in doubt, write to us with the model, the serial number and a photo of the part, especially if there are several versions depending on the year, the controller or the battery.
It is an original part, an official Dualtron part designed for the compatible models. Our original parts come from the brand. The product page always shows the type of part.
The original part is supplied by the manufacturer for the model in question. A compatible or custom part is made by another brand. It is used for maintenance or customisation, without being the original component. Each product page states which type of part it is.
You can do it yourself if you are comfortable with mechanics, depending on the part. Otherwise, one of our partner repairers can do it for you. For advice, contact us with your scooter model.
