Start with the product page. You will find the brand, the model and the list of known compatible scooters. If it is an original part, take the one for your exact model. A compatible part is not always a like-for-like replacement for the original. If you are unsure, or if your model comes in several versions depending on the year, the controller or the battery, send us the model, the serial number and a photo of the part.
It is an original part, an official Dualtron part designed for the compatible models. Our original parts come from the brand. The product page always shows the type of part.
An original part comes from the manufacturer, for the model in question. A compatible or custom part comes from another brand. It is used for maintenance or customisation, without being the manufacturer's original component. The product page always specifies the type of part.
It depends on the part and your mechanical experience. If you prefer, one of our partner repairers can take care of it. For advice, contact our team and tell us your scooter model.
